Default Power after remap?

Hi, as I'm getting my remap done on the road, I won't be able to know what bhp/torque I'm putting out. I was hoping that people who have experience will be able to give me a rough idea of what I will be running. It's a 2005 WRX blobeye. It's parts installed are a de-cat uppipe, down pipe and Centre section, a STI backbox, green panel filter and a forge motorsport dump valve. If any one could give me a rough region of power, that would be great.

Depends on what boost pressure is being set at tbh. Mine's being done first week of march. I 've been told it can do 290bhp on that turbo with those mods but to expect 270ish to be safe.

Did you upgrade the Y pipe on the intercooler and fit a new 255l/h fuel pump?

Hi fella. I have done what you are going for except I have also fitted a 255 walbro pump/y pipe as mentioned above and also a 3 port sol valve. I had mine checked on the rollers it produced 286bhp and similar torque running at 1.3bar. My car is also a 2005 Wrx and mapped by Racedynamix.

I'm getting mine done by racedynamix as well. I'm hoping to get over 260 bhp but I'm not going to get it mapped just for power, I'll be using the car everyday so I would like a good mix between power/efficiency. I also want to reduce the lag as much as possible.

Guess what..... I said the same to Duncan and this was the result (286bhp)
Mine was done for everyday driving too. Speak to Duncan on the day about it, but 270bhp+ no problem. Its not all about power, but the way the car responds to the efficient set up and you will notice less lag.
It won't be pushing it, otherwise all the effort to remove the cats is a waste of time/money.
The fuel pump doesn't need to be done, but a very good idea for safety (as your car like mine is 9 years old).
You will be please with the result

270 roughly, depending on engine health.

1. your in good hands with Duncan
2. my03 WRX gave 280/280 on rollers with the uppipe/downpipe cat still in for MOT and dare i say 'cost saving' (mapped for Momentum)
3. don't worry about figures (its only mildy useful if you sell the car), the difference will be very noticeable in everyday driving as well as when you have the urge giving it some.
