Been speaking to a few people .. my first choice was going to be JGM for an ecutek and map ..

but then someone mentioned to me that slowboy racing are now doing something called CarBerry ROM ??

my question is .. is it going to be any good ?

Carberry rom is worth it it's big in the USA and is now being used over here ECUtek is pricey for the initial map as your paying for the license, the Cadbury rom has some nice features,Current Features:
(Includes Group-N Features)
-Speed Density
-Rally Style Anti-Lag
-2Step Launch Control
-Per Gear Wastegate and Boost Target control
-Anti-Lag enabled/disabled via user defined switch
-Launch Control enabled/disabled via user defined switch
-Mode byte replaced with individual switches
-Flash CEL in the event of knock w/DTC functionality
-Fuel Pump Duty Control
-Map Switching
-Launch Control Static Fuel/Timing
-Positive/Negative MAP Sensor Offsets for aftermarket MAP sensors
-No Lift to Shift (Requires slight wiring modification)
-Cut X from Y for Launch Control and NLTS
-Spark cut Launch Control
Neil at Slowboy is very good and has mapped my wife's car, simon JGM always gets good feedback for his work also,so really comes down to cost because there both good.SJ.

Here in the states I know of alot of people running the carberry rom. I think it took so long to catch on because most folks who get tuned on OS pay to get a tune then compair to a stock rom and tinker with it to learn themselves. Just being a newbie and looking at a rom can be overwhelming, But add to that the SD tuning and all of the other awesome features in the Map and or Up **** creek without a paddle as we say. haha
