Default sti reving issue

Hi everyone

Just had my car remapped a few weeks ago finally gone out to enjoy the 350bhp my baby is now putting out was sat at some traffic lights and was going to pop a flame and the car wouldn't rev past 5k but while driving the car revs freely any ideas? Why the car is now doing this

Sounds like it's got launch control fitted, when no vehicle speed is detected then it will stop it reving past 5k, once wheel speed is detected it will rev right round the clock
