Mapping a sport
No worries.
I had a 1999 Sport a while back, it made 123bhp on the rolling road, and then after a full exhaust (manifold, two decat pipes, centre section, backbox) and a big K&N cone filter, it made 140ish.
It did feel nicer, but it's a lot of money to spend for around 20bhp

The answer is you can't
Save some cash for a turbo model, you will end up chasing your own tail trying to get more performance out of a Sport further to what you have already done.
A lot like to suggest a turbo engine/gearbox/electrical loom swap. It's not worth it.
The only (proper) way to have a quicker Impreza is to buy a turbo model
