CEL Issue, code 24.1998 Impreza Type R
After some help please. Getting a intermittent check engine light. Coming up code 24 - Idle control Valve.
Ive tried a different IACV from a fully functioning Impreza and I’ve altered the TPS voltages to 0.5v and 4.3v.
When I reset it’ll clear for about 20 minutes then start showing again. The light comes and goes by itself, it doesn’t stay on. It mainly happens under engine braking at around 30mph. Then will go back off when it drops below about 25-20mph. Any ideas what I can try next?
