Default Anyone opensourced a 2014/2015 on here ?

I'm gradually pulling together tools and info for Open source tuning a 2014/2015 STi, as i'm considering buying one as my daily. But only if I can tune it.

I've not opensource tuned a Subaru for a few years and thought the 2014+ ECU had not been Opensource cracked. But digging around this week has proved I should ignore the various mapping tools list of supported ECU.

So i would be interested to hear from anyone uk/edm that has had a play.

yes they can be done opensource, though I prefer using ECUTek on them mainly for the racerom features and the tables are more well defined. If you don't mind having to switch roms to a more well defined version (depending on what rom is loaded on the car) you should be able to make a decent enough job of it with opensource.

As above, they can be done but they are not as easy as earlier models. My 2014 MY15 is currently open source mapped to 335bhp and 420lb/ft and drives faultlessly. Most go down the EcuTek Racerom route though.
