Decided to clean the crank sensor and maf sensor today with isopropyl. I let the maf sensor soak for a few minutes and then let it dry thoroughly. Now the car idles a tad rough and shakes now and again as if its going to stall.
Took the car for a long spirited drive 60 odd miles and it drives faultlessly but still idles the same.

Any ideas? Could i of killed my maf?

could you disconnect maf socket while engine is running? if engine will stall your maf is fine but if engine will not stall your maf is dead

and did you check or clean idle control valve?
