Problem cold start and fan running perm
Hello,
Last weekend I did a small road rally with my subaru and after the break when my car was cold I had problems starting the engine again. It didn't fire up proper and I had to rev it to about 2000 3000 rpm to keep it going. When the engine was about half warm and i cut the engine and restart no more problems. The cooling fan keeps running as wel. My thoughts were that the coolant temp sensor for the engine was faulty and i placed another one, but with the same result. Also changed relays for the fans but all keeps the same.
Did anyone had problems with wiring on these cars?
PS the temp sensor on the dash never goes over half, so i do not think there is a problem with the temp itself.
My car:
V4 turbo with STI (EJ20K) engine and ESL board with motorsport options.

The coolant level is at maximum and it stays there. If u drive and the engine is at 90°C it stays there. I think its an electrical problem somewhere. I connected the connectors and no blink codes pop up. Strange problem :/
