Default Any apexi ECU gurus out there?

Hi, I have a 96 wrx, it has a 2.5 legacy engine with an apexi fc controller (fitted and mapped by Andy forest) My car has just started running rough, backfiring and struggling to start. It seems to be hunting for fuel up until 3k, then it runs relatively smooth. I have 2 sensor/switch faults and I'm looking for a bit of info. One switch is the FPC, I believe thats the fuel pump controller. The other is the NTR, which i've read to be the neutral switch. Again, I've read the neutral switch works with the AVCS. Would a faulty neutral switch cause my rough running? I have just had a new clutch fitted so I'm thinking the neutral switch might have got damaged in the process...... Is a faulty neutral switch likely to throw up a fault with the fuel pump controller or vice versa? Is there anyone near central Scotland that can pull codes for me? I've tried getting in touch with Andy but he's clearly a very busy guy. Ive had it at the local dealer and they cant read the ecu.

Thanx in advance.

Kev.

Anyone any idea where the fuel pump controller should be?
