Alcatek ecu
Hi guys,
I've been looking to buy a second hand E1S02 (MY01-06) Alcatek ecu for my 2005 STI widetrack, I don't know much about alcatek and their website isn't much help for the queries I have. So I was hoping you guys might be a bit more knowledgeable....
Is it a plug and play or do you need to get the keys coded to it like a original ecu?
What options other than LC and AL can be enabled on it? I've read that it can have flat foot shifting but it doesn't state on website?
Should the owner have the codes in order to map it or is this up to the mapper to obtain each time it's mapped?
Think that's it!
Cheers in advance,
Chris.

I see you're in Plymouth and your very best option is to go and see Enginetuner, they're an agent for Alkatek and best to do it all through them.
I have the ECU and didn't have my key's re-coded when Bob Rawle fitted it a few years back.
I've found answers difficult to get from Alkatek.
