reading between the lines getting a response has allways been hit and miss due being a one man band
i tried finding out about plans for 2006 dbw version and never got a response
so bit the bullet and got a syvecs,,more money but at least there is some back up to the product

There are plenty of one-man bands that *do* respond promptly to customer inquiries though.

It seems many people have had trouble getting in touch with them.
Wish i had done a bit of research before sending my ecu to them.

Martin at engine tuner or mark at Thwaites seem to have more luck ! Try going through them ! Both really helpful chaps !
