Impreza Turbo 2000 Year 2000 Y7 ECU Help

Hi all!, have a uk impreza turbo 2000 saloon. Car is hitting around 1.4 bar on boost with no issues at all but as far as I no the car is standard??

any idea what bhp a Y7 ecu gives you.

Should be around a bar of boost as standard.
How accurate is the gauge, trying another is always a good start.
