Hello,

I have a Subaru Impreza Prodrive Group N car which I use for hillclimb racing, I would like to know what is the easiest way to add launch control to my car?Would I need to change the ECU or can I reprogramm the one I have?

The ECU casing is black, there are two Prodrive stickers on it, the one sticker that is factory etched says:

Group N C2 ECU
C2/J5/004

The other sticker which is regular label paper with a prodrive logo says:

Then there is another sticker with the following info:
ECU Number: S/N 0176
Car No. N10 906
Map: N902ETM.J05
Fuel: ELF Turbo Mac P698
Date: 24.08.2004
Programmed by: HDME

That will be fitted with a Pectel ecu, the software is probably available but I suspect prodrive will have been very "cuddly" about access
