Smile idle problem and jerking acceleration jdm sti v4

Hey everyone I just bought a new subie and its wicked. Gentleman said it has a new maf and when he drove it the vehicle never jerked. I have it now.

When I start it cold the car idles at 1000 rpm until warm, then it dips from 800-100. The blitz timer dips from 48-27 which makes me believe its something to do with a vacuum leak from reading other posts.

Second problem is when I give it some gas, either intermittently or consistently, the car boosts' and then jerks. The revs stay normal they don't slip, but I guess its not the clutch.

So maybe boost leaks or vacuum leaks?
Or maybe a new solanoid needed?

I'm completely new to this so forgive me for any innacurate descriptions at the beginning.

Me too. Connect the diagnostic plugs under the dash and spray brake cleaner into the solenoid while it is clicking, or until it clicks
