Hi all as above really, just had the wifes car MOT done and been told that the rear coil springs need replacing as one is snapped and the other corroded. I got home and had a look under the car and they look fine to me cant see a snap in any of them and they dont look corroded still covered in factory paint! So just after some ones profesional oppinion please many thanks.

 

Pop it back to the MOT station and ask them to point out the issues.

cheers guys manage to get it up on a set of axle stands and have a good look myself and 1 was snapped only about the first 10mm on the base but guess they still need replacing as for the other being corroded it looks fine but dont make a difference as they have to be replaced in pairs. Think i was just gripping on to the last bit of hope that not another thing has gone wrong with the wife car never buying a vauxhall again lol
