I'm wondering where all the cambridge folk get their servicing, mot and repairs done?

I've seen that theres a couple of main dealers in or near cambridge itself, namely EMG and Welches. Has anyone had any experience with these?

I'd rather go somewhere that really knows the impreza and I can trust. I'm not adverse to a bit of a drive to get to somewhere if their rep is good.

I live in St. Neots (south of huntingdon on the a1) but work in cambridge. So anywhere near these places would be good?

I have had my car MOT'd at Welches and had the brakes fixed by them too. Very friendly helpful bunch so thumbs up from me.

Stay well clear of EMG, had a service done by them many years ago ... car came back with an extra 18miles on the clock and nearly a quater of a tank fuel gone ... needless to say the car never went back there again.

I've used Welches for many years and they have always been helpful. I would recommend them if you want Subaru stamps in the book!

I also took my classic to Extreme Scoobies near Chelmsford and Mocom Racing near Harlow - both are also very good and much cheaper.

I had a letter from Subaru earlier this month to say that "EMG Cambridge have retired from the authorised Subaru network". I've never used them and it was a multi-franchise dealer when I went for a look round a while ago.
