Brake Problems

Hi having problems with brakes, last couple of days when starting car in the morning brake pedal is solid, this goes away when car is started and everything seems ok, any ideas help would be good.

Cheers but this has only started in the last couple of days before that there was movement in the brake before engine started not solid as is now

Sounds like the one way valve in the servo hose isn't holding vacuum properly, new one required!
