Default Breaking in a new GB270

Hiya everyone,

I have just bought a 2008 GB270 with no miles on the clock . People are telling me different ways to break it in, dont go above 4,000 revs, dont redline, do redline, start like you mean to go on, thrash it.
Any advice would be most apreciated as I would like to get Maximum performance out my car...

Many Thanks

Tony

I've always been gentle for the first 1k not going above 4 k and varying the revs. Gradually build up the revs after that. I've always done this and never had an engine / turbo go pop
Others say just cane it from new. Don't know how many people have actually done this as oposed to heard about someone who has redlined it from 0 miles.
