Default twin plate biting point

Hi guys, had a 6 speed and exedy twin plate fitted to my car couple of weeks ago, and over the last couple of hundred miles I have noticed that the biting point on the Exedy hyper twin plate keeps changing? for example, after about 10-15 minutes of stop start traffic earlier, the clutch was biting pretty much right in the middle of the pedal travel, but having then sat running at idle for around 5 minutes, the pedal travel was right at the top? This has happened a few times...

So please, is this norm or am I going absolutely mad?

Cheers!

Mine took a bit to wear in. Maybe a week.

Also remember as carbon warms up it bites more..
