Default Aztec Performance - damaged clutch Help!

I received my clutch today from Aztec Performance and when I opened the box the friction plate was damaged. I have tried calling the number on the website but I keep getting a messgae saying the person at an extension mumber is unavailable. Has anyone tried getting through to them today? I have tried emailing but in another thread Aztec say the get lots of emails so it can take them a while to reply so I am not hopeful of a speedy resolution through that channel of communication.

This is ridiculous now I have redialed 36 times and although the number now rings out I keep getting the message that the person at the extension is unavailable, are there any other numbers to call that anyone is aware of?

Maybe he's out of the office? Im sure you'll get a reply, but you cant realistically expect somebody to be at the end of the phone every moment of every day.
