Hi I have just managed to break my speed sensor on my bugeye when changing my clutch. Problem is I can't get the sensor out anyone have a tip on how to get it out I really don't want to remove the gearbox again

you may struggle to be fair, have you snapped the nut part under the connector off.

the only way is a small straight pick and tap it between the gearbox and the plastic and try and break the sealing on the thread and screw it out, they do unfortunately end up being very tight in some gearboxes and this is really the only way to remove them
