hi people i need some help i bought a ppg box of this site a few months back
and the box has done roughtly 2-3 hundred miles but has developed a crunch going into 3rd it seems to get worse when drove for a while,i wouldnt of though it would of been the synco but i could be wrong its a very good box here is a link of the box rebuilt before i bought it any advise would be much appricated it only crunchs when hot and going up gear its perfect coming down gears,

Dont leave it, go back to guy bought it from (mad hammer?) and ask for advice/assistance. Dog boxes I would guess are more likely to snick in gears because of their shape but could be syncro issue so get it looked at before more is damaged.,
