Default Change clutch or just thrust bearing

Am re-building my engine before re-fitting and noticed I have a helix clutch in her.

Was going to change the clutch as it is out anyway but noticed the thrust bearing looked like changing.

Question is, should I change the clutch regardless or just change the thrust bearing? Can I just buy any thrust bearing or got to be Helix brand???

I know the logical is change both but as I am can spend on other areas that need rather than just change as its out you know.

Thanks

Phil
