any one know hopw much extra your supposed to put in the gear box to get 3rd gear, just put a second had gearbox in my 94 wrx put fresh castrol syntex in it, put about 3.75 litres in, had bad crunches an whines from my old box, an heard you put a bit extra in to make sure 3rd is fine, its quite a bit high on the dip stick, all gears are fine, just got a slight whine if i come off the lights fast, an with only jus changing the box really dont know to drain or add more, the box was fine with no whines or crunches in the car it came out of. any advice would be gratefull thanks
