Just been trying to find out the theoretical top speed of my 98 version 4 type r with a 7.5k red line. It's still in kph an restricted. I had it off the clock, past the 180 kph, to the bottom right hand corner of the mileometer. So I'm guessing about 200 kph, then it cut back, so I presume it's restricted still. Anyway... here's some info someone might find helpful.
Gearbox code: TY752VB5BA.
So after searching the net for gear ratio's I found these.
1st. 3.083
2nd. 2.062
3rd. 1.545
4th. 1.151
5th. 0.825
Final drive 4.444
Tyre size is 205/50 16", so the tyre diameter (edge to edge) is 24.07 inches.
Top speed in each gear is as follows.

1st. 39 mph
2nd. 59 mph
3rd. 78 mph
4th. 105 mph
5th. 146 mph
