Default 6 speed conversion guide lines?

what sorta price would i be looking at to do a 6 speed conversion on a 99 sti version 5?

just want some guidelines thats all, as im after a sti version 5 and im planning on making it as fast as possible and iv been told i need to 6 speed it!

£2500 - £3000k For a complete kit.

You'll be able to save a fair bit by getting a UK box and using a UK R160 Diff. If you go the R180 route you'll need to change the rear hubs and shafts.

The simplest way will be box, R160 diff and prop. That will bolt on directly to what you already have. Did that with my old Uk Turbo 2000 and that coped with 450-500bhp no problem.

Do you mean powerful or quick to accelerate ?

A light car with a five speed ( Type RA ) is rapid for a road car.
