Default Clutch Issues

Anybody got any advice please. I have a 2003 sti uk with a Excedy hyper multi-plate clutch and L/flywheel. Recently I have been experiencing some strange clutch pedal symptoms. Basically the car drives fine, no judder etc. However occasionally under hard acceleration as you go through the gears the clutch pedal looses its normal stiffness i associate with the uprated clutch. The pedal almost has no feel to it, it never sticks to the floor but also has no feel and makes changing gear hard work as you are never sure whether the pedal has come back up or anything. I replaced the clutch fluid after the car did this on my last trackday and it was fine for a while and now its doing it again. Normally the clutch pedal will do this one or two times then you sort of pump the pedal and its fine for a while again.

This maybe obvious to someone on here but its baffling me. Any ideas. Thanks

Could be an issue coming with the clutch slave or master cylinder
