Question

Recently had my gearbox oli changed to fully synthetic stuff- but now box is crunching, so I'm going to change to Castrol Synrax.
Can anybody tell me how many litres I'll need, and how I actually change the gearbox oil?

Cheers in advance!

we put the castrol synrax put in to day has made it easier to change gear. it only look three litres. the drain plug is on the bottom. we filled it up through the dip stick hole. we used a bit of hose pipe with a funnel on the end.
