I have a 94 wrx and have noticed that oil is accumulating of time around the drive shaft primarily where the two shafts to the rear wheels come from .

I am assuming the seals are deterioating , any clues as to whether this is an easy job to replace ?

Again ! that should read rear differential not driveshaft its the two drive shafts coming from the rear diff that are accumulating oil !!
