98 type ra v-spec c.diff

hi got a prob if i turn my diff to rear its fine and 1 up if i turn it to 4 wheel drive if i turn a corner slow it judders like its trying to lock my wheels got told its fine but if aint right it has been stud for 2 month could it just need oil help plz
