Rotational knocking noise, passenger side rear wheel

Rotational knocking noise, passenger side rear wheel
Wondering if anyone can help
Under any kind of acceleration there is no knocking noise.
When I lift off the accelerator but leave the car in gear (any gear) the noise occurs.
When I dip the clutch (so free wheeling) the noise goes away.
It's more a clicky knock than a banging or clunking knock, and it's just from the 1 wheel.
Any ideas?
