Hi everyone,

The centre section on my Zorst has snapped in two and im replacing it with magnex with a resonator plus back box. The problem I have is how do i get it through its MOT now the cat has been removed.

Jason,
If it's just the centre you're replacing, you should get away with just a downpipe cat, give it a good roasting and then get the tester to do the emmisions first.

If the DP is still the standard one, you're fine. If it's also catless, find a nice 2nd hand one

That's some good news eh Jason?!

I have heard of the Downpipe cat passing MOTs most of the time too so fingers crossed we wont have to bodge the broken cat pipe afterall.

Speak to you later!

Jamie
