Hi all. OK car is a 2002 Bugeye WRX with Eibach ARB and Powerflex drop links.
The car developed a knock (not a heavy clunk, more like light weight parts knocking) at the rear left but only after spirited driving (cornering and braking). I then changed the rear shocks (BC Coilovers all round) however the noise is still there, it appears to be worse under load/acceleration and only happens when the car has/is being pushed. Could this be the Diff/driveshafts? Do I have CV joints on the rear?
Any ideas?

Sorry, its worth giving the droplinks a wiggle to make sure the bushes haven't worn, same with ARB mounts with a pry bar.
Yes the car does have CV joints but they usually make quite a distinctive repetitive clunking/clicking noise in time with wheel rotation (depending on severity).
Clunks from the diff (or prop support bearing) should be able to be replicated with rough clutch actions during gearchanges or aggressively lifting off and applying the throttle in a low gear.
