Here it is the third part of my MY00 upgrade programme. This time its a Link ECU (Sam Hassani's old one, upraded and mapped by BRB).

For those that haven't been following, all timmings are an average of 10 runs in third gear.

Magnex BB, K&N 3.30 6.54 5.17

Magnex BB, DP,
K&N, HKS (plugs) &
Splitter 3.29 6.27 4.92

Magnex BB, DP,
K&N, HKS (plugs),
Splitter & Possum
Link ECU 3.03 5.54 4.19

So by my calculation the DP is worth around 4% over standard and the Possum Link with DP a whopping 16-19% dependent upon range. Just out of interest car peaks at 1.2 Bar and tapers off to 1.05 by 6500rpm.

There you have it, Persil does wash whiter!

That's pretty impressive, equates to a second off 26-65mph & 39-71mph in third

It certainly feels a lot quicker, it has a more extended top end aswell, which I haven't tested here.
