Changing clutch today on my99 classic and going from an exedy organic to a helix.
However i'm having issues getting the gearbox off, everything i can see is undone and driveshafts out but the box just wont budge.
Its away from the block by about an inch but seems stuck now.
Would the release bearing off the exedy kit be the reason why its that much harder to change.
Any ideas help would be appreciated.

 

you have removed the clutch pivot pin havnt you? behind the 10mm allen key
