Default oils? engine,gearbox and rear diff

I'm going to change the above oils(my99 type r) can any one tell me the correct oils to use and some recommendations thanks in advance

I'd contact Tim at Opie Oils if I were you.
I asked them the same questions for my Hawkeye STI and they sorted me out with all of them. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Yeah any of the guys at Opie Oils will help with it all and offer a great service too.

For my P1 I went with Silkolene Pro S Ester synthetic 10w-50 for engine and Motul GEAR 300 75W-90 Ester synthetic for gearbox and i believe its good for diffs too
