Default Which Clutch to go for

I will be changing my gearbox shortly due to a whining noise on the existing one, also changing clutch at the same time,it is a My98 uk turbo with a TY752 gearbox at the mo,but will be changing to a TY754 box,due to it being stronger,i have two questions really, the car is running approx 260-270 BHP,but is soon to be upgraded, and will be running about 320-340BHP,which clutch do i go for,and i was going to get oem flywheel skimmed, what is the process for this,or are there any other options for the oem flywheel, didn't want to go down the route of aftermarket lightened flywheel.
