I am thinking of going to buy an k+n now
I have an 96 sti running standard boost 1.1, it has good low down torque ( rr last week) giving nice whoosh feeling could I lose some of this with k+n. If so, I am getting unichip fitted next week could they overcome this

K+N Panel or Cone? Coupled to the Uni chip it has the potential to make big gains both intorque &power plus believe it or not economy in like for like running. Who is fitting & are they setting it up to your car on a rolling road?

Cool

Subster

I fitted a K&N Induction yesterday, previously had a K&N panel. I found that it had little or no difference when travelling from low revs right throughout the rev range. The only difference was in mid-range torque, when applying extra throttle in the mid-range the pick up was particularly impressive.
