Default Help serious clutch problem

As Title.
my clutch is probably goosed, but just want to be reassured before i take the plunge.
if i drive normaly no problems apart from clicking through the pedal,
If i drive it hard ie:-7500 rpm when i press the clutch it feels like pushing my foot through a bag of marbles?????
today it started making a nocking noise sync'd with the feeling through pressing the clutch.
when normal driving is resumed the problem goes away,
I dont have any clutch slip at all.

any idea's
