I have had a couple of problems over the past few weeks. Firstly whilst accelerating hard (particularly in fourth and fifth gears) i get a sudden judder and loss of power which quickly recovers (almost as if the turbo gives up momentarily). Secondly, yesterday whilst accelerating there was a rather disturbing metal on metal grinding. All fluids seem adequately filled - The engine oil took a small top up, but nothing too significant.
As I don't have a clue when it comes to engines, does anyone have any thoughts??

 

I get the same judder... not too big a judder but just back off and back on momentarily.. interested to know what the problem is.
I assumed it was just a crappy fuel batch as it only does it on occassions and just the odd judder on full throttle?
