PPP ecu identity on RB5 - URGENT
#1
Could anyone give me details of the ECU module identification ie numbers/coloured stickers for the PPP ecu on the RB5 prodrive model as I wish to obtain one from a scrap yard.
Any help greatly appreciated

The PPP ECU for the MY99/00 cars (which includes the RB5) has a pink STI sticker on it. It will have the same plug configuration as on your ECU, if it doesn't, then it's for a car other than a MY99/00!

Thanks for your help Andy,
I managed to contact a friend who has an RB5 WR and he checked his ecu module, it didn't have a pink sti sticker on it??
I'll have to contact Prodrive with the edition no. from the plaque in the centre console and see if they did a conversion on it.

Hi Chris,
The following ECUs should work in your car...
ae800 black
ae801 brown
ae802 green
ppp pink sticker
800 to 802 are standard ECUs. The 800 seeming to be the quickest, whilst the 802 is the most eco friendly.
Hope this helps
