Question STI 2004

Just got my car back today following it's service, car is in good nick. The report back from the dealer mentioned getting the following replaced, just wanted some info on what this is and how much to pay to get this supplied and fitted.

1. 2 x anti roll bar links - rear - quoted £140 to supply and fit.

2. NSR diff seal - part costs £8, but no price on fitting.

Any advice appreciated.

you could get solid rear droplinks for half that and fit them yourself, or a specialist would probably fit them for you, I don't know what is involved with changing a diff oil seal, but would have thought a couple of hours labour at least to do that.

Cheers, Daz, got quoted today of £120 to fit the diff seal, they worked out that it would be an hour and a half to do.

As far as the droplinks, i'm not the most mechanically minded. What exactly does this part function do?
