Default down shift judder

as above really just had gearbox fitted but have now ended up with this judder its fine going up the gears just going down i get the judder

any help would be great its doing my head in

Only if you are going slow, say when pulling away with low revs, once rolling and revs are high it will be fine.

its not when pulling away like i say going up is fine just coming down like coming to a roundabout ect droping to 3rd 2nd had the diff fitted as well if that gives ony more ideas
