Hi all I've got chance of a really cheap wrx wagon but its automatic and I'd really like a manual...how hard is it to change it to a manual box? how much will it cost approx? and what parts would i need? pedal box and gearbox and centre console...what else? many thanks in advance!

hi mate you will need,

flywheel, clutch, hydraulic clutch system to engage the clutch, prop shaft, all the gear linkages, gear **** lol. all parts prices vary you might be able to get a deal?

you will most proberly have to re wire the loom that connects to gearbox also you will need to bypass the starter(to trick the ecu into thinkin its in Neutral)

also some heavy lifting.
