auto / manual rear diff.
Is there any difference between a rear diff from an auto scooby and a rear diff from a manual scooby ?
A chap with an auto scooby has broke his rear diff, and he's checked inside, counted teeth on crown and pinion, and it works out to be a 4.11 rear diff.
I have a 4.11 rear diff from a manual car, and need to know if it will be compatible.
I'm sure it will be ok, as the difference in drive etc, will originate from the gearbox imo.
Any idea's anyone.
much appreciated if anyone can shed some light on this, cheers.
