Once you pop the fuel rail off they should just come right out. Try wiggling them back and forth, they are a really snug fit.

Thanks for the tip managed to do it buy pulling and useing a small screwdriver

Be careful not to damage the sealing surfaces with anything if you need to use tools to aid removal.
