Rear diff Ratio on 03 Spec C
Hi Guys
Does anybody know the rear diff ratio on a 03 Spec C?
Is this the same as final drive from this list:
The SPDA - Transmission Chart
What happens if you switch the rear ratio to 4.4?

Its a 3.9. You have a 3.9 front diff and the centre diff is a 1:1 transfer ratio, hence rear is 3.9 also.
So if you put ina 4.4 its going to break something!

ALL 6 speeds are 3.9 front diff. So your options are either 3.9 rear or if a UK car 3.545:- that's it.
If you are looking for a 3.9 rear diff They are the big size R180 and have an oil temperature probe in one of the plugs. No probe? Then it is probably a 4.4.
