Default What's the best oil for a PPG helical syncro TY754 'box?

Dunno what this 'box has in it oil wise, but it's approx 3000 road miles old since full new build with new PPG 1-4 helical gearset, syncro, and Quaife ATB front lsd.

Now weather has turned colder, it's crunching into 2nd. Goes OK after 5 - 10 miles, as I guess 'box has warmed up a bit.

Suggestions?
Redline shockproof light or heavy weight oil? Castrol ? Motul ? other ..?

Thanks

ZEN used redline when they fitted my PPG
i recently stuffed a fork selector (racing 1/4 mile) and replaced the oil with silkolene , haven't noticed any difference tbh , well, except the fork selector now works lol
