Default Broken wheel nut thread

Ive just bought a 98 turbo2000 and ive just noticed that on the rear drivers side wheel there is a wheel nut missing. On closer inspection the thread is actuall snapped off. Any ideas what to do please? Cheers.

Needs replacing which is a bit of a pain. Not sure if its accessible with just the disc removed. Best take it somewhere like Scoobyclinic who will know what to do.
