Thumbs up

Downpipe too?! Gave me an extra 40 bhp on a 96UK beast. Like me you probably have a bigger turbo, which responds better to the de-restricting. You may have some troubles fitting if you do it yoursely, heatshields need trimming and the exhaust bracket needs adjusting... V good apart from that.

Have fun

Wink

I fitted my downpipe last weekend, ratchet spanners are an absolute must in 12 and 14mm, and lots of "Plus Gas" or WD40 type of lubricant on the turbo bolts. Allow plenty of time for it to do its job before trying to undo them. Heres the link that prompted me to do the job myself if it helps. http://www.steve.ukmail.org/car/twindump.html.
